Pretreatment of the outside surface of pipe and the inner surface of fitting, use resin sand dics grinding machine to remove the oxidizing surface of pipe and fitting

Installation:

• Length of pipe insert is the half of fitting, and marked the length on the pipe end, then ham the pipe into fitting by wooden hammer and use tensioner put the two end of pipe joint together and lock the tensioner to keep the two pipes on the same axis
• Auto electro-fusion welding machine
• Operating panel on the top, there are bar code on our fitting, scan or input it to machine will start welding program automatically

Welding:

• Insert the welder’s plug at the adapter of fitting, make it firmly and stable
• Observe the inspection hole on the fitting,pay attention to the surface and the temperature changing, machine must be stopped if any abnormal situation situation happened

Testing:

• How long the finished SR-PE pipe to be pressure tested depends on the connectors, normally, the length of tested pipe no more than 1.0km
• If there are fire hydrant, safety valve, automatic exhaust steam valve and more on the pressure-test pipes, it is necessary to fit block plates and close all the openings
• Check pressure-test equipment, pressure gauge, education pipe and inlet water pipe and more
• If a spring pressure gauge is applied, the accuracy should not be below grade 1.5, the maximum scale value should be 1.5 to 2.0 times that of the tested pressure
• Moreover, there must be more than two pressure gauges, which must be in aknown and current state
